Getting Started With Emergent
Getting started with Emergent is easy! There are no minimum requirements, no exclusive contracts, and no start-up costs. You continue to promote and leverage your brand.
To engage Emergent to employ the temporary and project-based workers you recruit, simply follow these steps:
1) Sign an agreement between your Staffing Company and Emergent.
Give us some basic information about your staffing company. Once this form is approved our companies will sign an agreement to work together. You recruit workers and Emergent screens and employs them.
2) Provide information about the Client Company and the assignment.
Emergent ensures that the Client meets credit and assignment risk management requirements before agreeing to employ workers. Simply have the Client complete an information form, complete the form on their behalf, or have Emergent assist the Client with form completion.
3) Recruit workers for your Client.
Emergent takes a back seat in the recruiting process. Once your Client has given you an order to fill, your company recruits the worker. Once a match has been made you refer the worker to Emergent to complete on-boarding.
4) Emergent employs the workers you recruit.
Emergent on-boards the worker and assumes employer responsibility for the worker during their assignment. Emergent collects timecards and pays the worker.
