     Liberating your business from the burden of back office functions is easy! 

    Just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help guide you through the steps needed for Emergent to employ your contingent workforce. Here’s how you get started:

    1) Sign an agreement to work with us

    Simply fill out a basic credit information form for us to review. After approval, both parties sign an agreement to work together.

    2) Recruit workers for your assignment

    Your company is free to go ahead and recruit workers to fill any temporary positions you have open. Once you have found a suitable candidate for a position, you will negotiate the assignment, job description, location and fees directly with the worker.

    3) Emergent employs the workers you recruit

    Emergent will enter into an agreement with your company. As part of this, your company and the Emergent labor relations department will draw up a Statement of Work. After this has been approved, Emergent assumes employer responsibility for the worker during their assignment.
